This bright, fully renovated holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the secondary entrance and on the 1st floor of the main entrance to the residence. It has an entrance hall, a WC, a living room with a sofa bed and a fully-equipped kitchen area. Upstairs you will find: 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which has a south-facing balcony, a bathroom with bath and washing machine and a shower room with shower and WC.
The residence is located halfway between Praz Sur Arly village (300m) and the ski slopes (about 600m away). The new summer swimming lake is just 450m from this holiday rental.
You have use of an allocated underground parking space and a private ski locker. The south-facing balcony offers a fantastic view of the slopes and surrounding mountains.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the rental price.
