Featuring a private 400 m² garden, a furnished terrace, and a balcony, the apartment comprises:
- a bright and comfortable living room with a home cinema, open on the balcony,
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining area (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer),
- a bedroom with a 160 cm queen-size bed, opening onto the balcony,
