Located on the second floor of the residence, this 26m² holiday rental has an entrance hall with a 2-bed bunk bed, a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a closed cabin with a double bed, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Not far from the residence is a shuttle bus stop, free during winter, which will take you to the foot of the slopes and the centre of Praz-Sur-Arly. The apartment is around 700 metres from the village, 1.2 km from the ski slopes and 1.4 km from the summer swimming lake.
In a quiet residence, you will benefit from an outdoor parking space (unallocated) and a private ski locker. The south-east-facing balcony offers views of the surrounding mountains.
