Located on the 3rd floor (the same level as the main entrance to the residence), this 35m² holiday rental apartment has a living/dining room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom overlooking the ski slopes with a double bed and a mezzanine accessible via a ladder, which is the responsibility of the tenant, a cabin with a 2-bed bunk bed, a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.
The residence is located halfway between Praz Sur Arly village (300m) and the ski slopes (about 600m away). The new summer swimming lake is just 450m from this holiday rental.
You have use of an allocated underground parking space and a private ski locker.
An end-of-stay cleaning service is included in the rental price.
