Located on the second floor of the residence, this 26m² studio with cabin has an entrance hall with a 2-bed bunk bed, a living room opening onto a south-east-facing balcony, a small fully-equipped kitchen, a cabin with a double bed and a bathroom with WC.
Not far from the residence is a shuttle bus stop, free during winter, which will take you to the foot of the slopes and the centre of Praz-Sur-Arly. The apartmentis around 700m from the village, 1.2 km from the ski slopes and 1.4 km from the summer swimming lake. There is a private garage, which is also used as a ski locker. The balcony offers views of the surrounding mountains and ski slopes.
