This holiday apartment, located on the 1st floor of the residence with lift, has a living room with sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen area, a bedroom with two single beds, a mountain area with two single bunk beds, a bathroom with bath and a separate WC.
The residence is located halfway between Praz Sur Arly village (300m) and the ski slopes (about 600m away). The new summer swimming lake is just 450m from this holiday rental.
There is an outdoor parking space and a private ski locker.
The west-facing balcony offers views of the surrounding mountains.
