Enjoy this 40 m² apartment with a 30 m² terrace, located on the 2nd floor with elevator, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Warm and perfectly equipped, it is ideal for enjoying the mountains in both summer and winter.
The accommodation consists of:
- a comfortable living room with fireplace and dining area,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- a sleeping area suitable for 4 people,
- a bathroom,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron,
- high chair and crib,
- TV, WiFi, books,
- radiators, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, hangers.
Outside, you can enjoy a superb 30 m² south-west facing terrace, which extends the living space and offers panoramic views of the mountains and the village.
The accommodation also has a garage and a ski locker.
Noise disturbances are not accepted after 10 p.m.
